Your donors decide how much they can comfortably set aside now and we will tell them how much income they can expect for the rest of their life and their spouse's life.

The annuity calculations are based on current, competitive rates of return (The American Council on Gift Annuities) and are guaranteed for one or two lives. They will receive a substantial tax deduction and a portion of their income is tax exempt.

When they pass away the Charitable Foundation receives the remainder into a special endowment account for the Charitable Foundation at Christian Community Foundation. Your donor's personal legacy will continue to have a part in helping others even beyond their lifetime(s).

The Charitable Foundation Charitable Gift Annuity Program is a private label program administered by the Christian Community Foundation, Inc. (CCF), a nonprofit, public charity qualified under the Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c)(3) and section 170 (b)(i)(a)(vi).

In order to give the Charitable Foundation a third party gift administrator, CCF will allow the umbrella organization to issue and administer the annuity agreements with the Charitable Foundation donors.

Donors interested in purchasing a gift annuity to benefit the Charitable Foundation will be given annuity quotations in advance using the current rates from the American Council on Gift Annuities. Annuity contracts will be issued by CCF and payments will begin at the end of the calendar quarter and continue during the lifetimes of the donors.
