How We Safeguard Your Information

G.A. Repple & Company values that each one of our clients has entered into a trust relationship with us. Respecting the privacy and security of your non-public personal information is a top priority! G.A. Repple & Company’s primary client goal is to safeguard your privacy while offering the best products and services that are available. By law, we are required to periodically disclose to you our Privacy Policies.

G.A. Repple & Company does not now, nor has ever disclosed any of our customers’ or former customers’ nonpublic personal information to any outside third parties, except where required by law.

Required disclosures are made, for example, to:
• Securities regulators
• Internal auditors
• Vendors and Product sponsors assisting us in opening, maintaining or servicing your account.

To service your accounts we do collect and use personal information from such sources as:
• Information reported by you on applications or other forms you provide to us
• Information about your transactions with us or our affiliates and product sponsors

Once this information is collected by us or through affiliates it is then entered into an online system which is used only by G.A. Repple & Company and its affiliates. Pooling this information helps us to monitor the correctness, suitability, and timeliness of business transactions within individual accounts as required by securities regulations.

We will continue to internally safeguard your non-public personal information by restricting access to only those employees who need access to your information in order to service your account. G.A. Repple & Company has implemented many physical and procedural safeguards. Password protection, SSL Encryption, Virus scans, fire walls and the like are all used to safeguard your online non-public personal information.

If Your Representative Leaves G.A. Repple & Company

The registered securities representative with whom you have established a relationship is an independent financial professional who has introduced your accounts to us. If your financial professional should decide to move his/her practice to a different broker/dealer, we will permit that professional to take your account information with him/her. In that case, your accounts would leave G.A. Repple & Company.

OPT OUT: You may request that we do not permit your financial professional to continue to have access to your information after he/she leaves our broker/dealer. In that case, your accounts would remain at G.A. Repple & Company and we would assign another G.A. Repple & Company associate to handle your accounts instead. To request that we retain your accounts and limit access to your information as described above, send us a written request to: Attn: Books & Records Dept., G.A. Repple & Company, 101 Normandy Road, Casselberry, FL 32707.
